Now I create a Jamboard (a Google product, scroll down to show more! when adding a doc or form, etc.).  I duplicate the slide for each period change to edit, post in Google Classroom under the topic Question of the Day. Then I select the ready-made slides and pop then onto the top of my question of the day google slide presentation.  I award participation points for everyone putting an electronic sticky note on the Jamboard, we discuss the answers people give before I go to the slides.  

It has been a game-changer, now all the students are being held accountable to participate and we have a teachable moment to start each day!!”
