Last Chance to Complete Summer Challenges!
The mornings are getting crisper, the sun is sadly setting earlier, and the leaves might even start changing soon. This means fall is almost here and it is time to say goodbye to summer ‘24. But before you bid adieu to the summer, you still have time to earn two limited edition NGPF badges!
You can still complete our Summer Trifecta and Summer Sprint challenges, both by September 30th. Below are the qualifications for each of these limited edition badges (and why you should earn them):
Summer Sprint: complete three hours of any type of PD from July 1st - September 30th Why? Quick and straightforward, perfect for diving into PD but still have time to grade papers and sip on a fall latte. |
|
Summer Trifecta: complete at least one of each type of PD by from July 1st - September 30th (minimum of one Virtual PD, on On-Demand module, and one Certification Course) Why? You might’ve already completed a Certification Course this summer, now is the time to try our other PD offerings while leaning into autumnal coziness. |
Achievements & Badges
Congratulations to all those that have already accomplished these achievements and to those that will earn badges by September 30th! Each quarter we’ll announce additional limited edition badges you can earn within a three-month time frame.
When you visit your My NGPF Academy page, you’ll see a section with digital badges you can earn (or may have already earned) so you can track your progress and learning.
As in previous years, you can reach Freshperson, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior status during the Academy year for every 10 PD hours you complete, up to 40 hours. You’ll also see badges for attending your first Virtual PD, completing your first On-Demand module, and more!
